Always make sure that your mortgage broker, if you use one, details all the charges that can be made by the mortgage company. You need to factor this in to the overall equation. Aye, well, I haven't quite worked out the sums on this one, interest, compound and such like is a bit of a mystery to The Mortgages Mentor.
Anyway there's lots of sites with them there calculators on, I'd try one of them if I were you.
